Making a
violation of the laws governing seat belts a secondary offense will reduce
General Fund fine revenue by an estimated $488,040 in fiscal year 2011-12 and
$650,720 in fiscal year 2012-13. It
will also reduce Other Special Revenue Funds revenue from the related
surcharges by $90,703 in fiscal year 2011-12 and $120,940 in fiscal year
2012-13. |
