Amend the resolve in section 1 in the 13th line (page 1, line 13 in L.D.) by striking out the following: "municipalities" and inserting the following: 'organized labor, a statewide organization representing building trades within the State'

This amendment, which is the majority report of the committee, removes municipalities from the stakeholder group reviewing prequalification processes for contractors. In the amendment, the stakeholder group does not include a representative of municipalities, and municipal projects that require prequalification are not included as part of the review of when the state prequalification process can be used.
