The bill allows a commercial business to be issued a permit for open burning of leaves, brush, deadwood and tree cuttings that are accrued from normal property maintenance, removed from a residential property and burned at the business's primary business location. The amendment removes the provision in the bill that allows a permit for open burning at the business location to be issued only 4 times per calendar year.
