Amend the amendment in section 1 in §1816-B in subsection 1 in the 4th line (page 1, line 18 in amendment) by inserting after the following: " contract" the following: ' that exceeds $1,000,000'
Amend the amendment by striking out all of section 2 and inserting in its place the following:
