Amend the bill by adding after section 7 the following:

‘Sec. 8. Appropriations and allocations. The following appropriations and allocations are made.

ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION, DEPARTMENT OF

Land and Water Quality 0248

Initiative: Appropriates funds required to reimburse landowners who seek compensation from the State for property value losses incurred because of more stringent setback regulations applicable to areas containing significant vernal pool habitat.
