Amend the bill by striking out all of section 1.
Amend the bill by striking out all of sections 3 to 6 and inserting the following:
‘Sec. 3. 22 MRSA §328, sub-§3-A, as amended by PL 2011, c. 90, Pt. J, §2, is repealed.
Amend the bill by relettering or renumbering any nonconsecutive Part letter or section number to read consecutively.
SUMMARY
This amendment is being presented on behalf of the Committee on Bills in the Second Reading. Public Law 2011, chapter 90 repealed the sections of law that deal with state health planning, and this bill amends the same sections of law. The amendment is necessary to prevent a conflict.
