Amend the bill in section 2 in the last line (page 1, line 30 in L.D.) by inserting after the following: "helper electrician" the following: 'or apprentice electrician'

SUMMARY

This amendment requires the Director of the Office of Professional and Occupational Regulation within the Department of Professional and Financial Regulation to amend its rules to exempt a high school student from paying the fee for a license to be an apprentice electrician as well as a helper electrician as specified in the bill.
