Joint Order, Directing the Joint Standing Committee on Health and Human Services To Report Out 4 Bills

ORDERED, the Senate concurring, that the Joint Standing Committee on Health and Human Services shall report out, to the House, 4 bills pursuant to Resolve 2011, chapter 81:

1. "An Act To Amend the Laws Governing Confidentiality of Health Care Information";

2. "An Act To Require Photographic Identification for Prescriptions for Certain Controlled Substances";

3. "An Act To Provide Immunity for Prescribing and Dispensing Intranasal Naloxone Kits"; and

4. "An Act To Amend the Laws Governing Prosecution of Individuals Possessing a Controlled Substance under Certain Circumstances."
