Amend the resolve in section 1 in the last line (page 1, line 18 in L.D.) by inserting after the following: "authorized" the following: 'only if that portion of the rule designated as Part II, Section 2.7, subsection B, paragraph 4, Certificate Eligibility Pathway 4, is amended to clarify the 4 distinct requirements of this eligibility pathway.'
