Resolve, To Exempt Maple Sugarhouses from the 1,000-foot Setback Requirement of the Maine Land Use Regulation Commission

Resolved: That the Maine Land Use Regulation Commission shall amend its rules to exempt maple sugarhouses from the 1,000-foot setback requirement by repealing that part of the rule that establishes the 1,000-foot setback for maple sugar processing subdivisions.
