Amend the amendment in section 2 by striking out all of subsections 3 and 4 and inserting the following:
‘3. Two county commissioners from the counties with the largest acreage in the unorganized territory, one appointed by the Speaker of the House and one appointed by the Governor;’
Amend the amendment in section 2 by renumbering the subsections to read consecutively.
