Amend the amendment by inserting after Part G the following:

Sec. H-1. 29-A MRSA §2251, sub-§7-A, ¶B,  as enacted by PL 2011, c. 390, §2 is amended to read:

B. The Department of Public Safety, Bureau of State Police may not publicly disseminate personally identifying accident report data that are contained in an accident report database maintained, records administered or contributed to by the Bureau of State Police. Such data are not public records for the purposes of Title 1, chapter 13.

Sec. H-2. Effective date. This Part takes effect 90 days after adjournment of the First Regular Session of the 125th Legislature.’

Amend the amendment by relettering or renumbering any nonconsecutive Part letter or section number to read consecutively.

This amendment deletes an unnecessary word inadvertently included in the description of the Department of Public Safety, Bureau of State Police's accident report database in Public Law 2011, chapter 390.
