SUMMARY
This amendment reduces the size of the Committee to Review Issues Dealing with Regulatory Takings from 13 to 11 and revises the membership to include 2 Senators instead of 3 and 3 Representatives instead of 4 as proposed by Committee Amendment "A." It also eliminates authorization for reimbursement of expenses for public members and explicitly exempts the legislation from the requirements of Joint Rule 353.
