Amend the amendment in section 10 in subsection 2-C in the first paragraph in the 3rd line (page 5, line 42 in amendment) by striking out the following: " 16%" and inserting the following: ' 18%'
Amend the amendment in section 10 in subsection 2-C by striking out all of paragraphs C and D (page 6, lines 9 to 15 in amendment) and inserting the following:
‘ C. Two percent of the net table game income must be forwarded directly to the municipality in which the table games are located;
D. Two percent of the net table game income must be deposited into an account held by the board for distribution to charitable nonprofit organizations that were eligible to conduct beano games and games of chance in accordance with Title 17, chapters 13-A and 62. The account is nonlapsing and no distributions may be made from the account before July 1, 2013; and
E. Two percent of the net table game income must be forwarded to an organization licensed to conduct high-stakes beano on January 1, 2010.’
Amend the amendment by relettering or renumbering any nonconsecutive Part letter or section number to read consecutively.
