‘Sec. 9. Effective date. That section of this Act that amends the Maine Revised Statutes, Title 32, section 1866, subsection 4, paragraph C takes effect July 1, 2012.’

Amend the amendment in section 2 in paragraph C in the 6th line (page 1, line 37 in amendment) by striking out the following: " 50% or more of the" and inserting the following: '50% or more of the'
Amend the amendment in section 2 in paragraph C in the 8th line (page 2, line 2 in amendment) by inserting after the following: "agreement" the following: ' or that the initiators of deposit covered by the commingling agreement are initiators of deposit for wine containers who each sell no more than 100,000 gallons of wine or 500,000 beverage containers that contain wine in a calendar year'
Amend the amendment by inserting after section 8 the following:
‘Sec. 9. Effective date. That section of this Act that amends the Maine Revised Statutes, Title 32, section 1866, subsection 4, paragraph C takes effect July 1, 2012.’
