Amend the bill in section 1 in §1554 in the first paragraph in the 5th line (page 1, line 8 in L.D.) by striking out the following: " 1 1/2%" and inserting the following: ' 1%'

This amendment changes the rate of a late fee if a state agency does not make the required payment for an invoice on time from 1 1/2% to 1% per month of the amount owed unless the contract includes a different amount to be levied if payment is late.
