Resolve, Directing the Department of Environmental Protection To Work with the Town of Sanford To Develop a Plan To Clean Up Number One Pond in Sanford

Sec. 1. Clean up Number One Pond in Sanford. Resolved: That the Department of Environmental Protection shall work with the Town of Sanford to develop a plan to clean up Number One Pond in Sanford. The department shall report to the Joint Standing Committee on Environment and Natural Resources regarding its progress in developing this plan no later than December 7, 2011. The joint standing committee may submit a bill to the Second Regular Session of the 125th Legislature related to the subject matter of the department's report.
