An Act To Protect Minors from Questioning by Private Investigators
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. 32 MRSA §8114, sub-§6 is enacted to read:
6. Questioning of minor. It is a Class D crime to question a person who is under 14 years of age without the consent of that person's parent or legal guardian.
