Amend the bill in section 1 in subsection 1 in paragraph B in the last line (page 1, line 25 in L.D.) by striking out the following: " ; or" and inserting the following: ' or a prior finding by the court of being a dangerous dog; or'

Amend the bill in section 1 in subsection 1 in paragraph C in the last 2 lines (page 1, lines 28 and 29 in L.D.) by striking out the following: " outside of a secure enclosure as defined in paragraph A." and inserting the following: ' off the owner's or keeper's premises.'
