Resolve, Directing the Commissioner of Environmental Protection To Convene a Task Force To Study the Effect of Additives in Gasoline

Sec. 1. Study on gasoline additives. Resolved: That the Commissioner of Environmental Protection shall convene a task force to study and assess the effects on the environment of additives in gasoline. The commissioner shall invite representatives from various interested and affected groups. The task force shall assess the impact of additives in gasoline on the environment and shall report to the Joint Standing Committee on Environment and Natural Resources no later than January 6, 2012. After reviewing the report, the joint standing committee may report out a bill related to the subject of the report to the Second Regular Session of the 125th Legislature.
