Sec. 1. Rebuild Williams Road in Newport. Resolved: That the Department of Transportation, in order to provide for the public safety of students and parents traveling to and from Sebasticook Valley Middle School and Nokomis Regional High School, each of which is on Williams Road in the Town of Newport, shall make and implement plans to rebuild Williams Road.
