Amend the bill in section 1 in subsection 1-B in the 5th line (page 1, line 7 in L.D.) by striking out the following: " resident" and inserting the following: ' nonresident'
Amend the bill in section 1 in subsection 1-B in paragraph A in the first line (page 1, line 10 in L.D.) by striking out the following: " resident" and inserting the following: ' nonresident'
