Amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting the following:
‘An Act To Allow Vietnam War Era Veterans To Receive High School Diplomas’
Amend the bill in section 1 in paragraph C in subparagraph (3) in the last line (page 1, line 10 in L.D.) by striking out the following: " War." and inserting the following: ' War era. For purposes of this subparagraph, "Vietnam War era" means the period beginning February 28, 1961 and ending May 7, 1975.'
