This amendment strikes those provisions of Committee Amendment "A" that require the court to suspend a person's motor vehicle operator's license and certain licenses, permits, registrations and certificates issued by the Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife for unlawfully disposing of more than 15 pounds of litter or more than 27 cubic feet of litter and that authorize the surrender of those same licenses, permits, registrations and certificates for smaller amounts of littering.
