Amend the amendment by relettering or renumbering any nonconsecutive Part letter or section number to read consecutively.

SUMMARY

This amendment appropriates $358,865 in fiscal year 2010-11 to restore funding for transportation services provided by the Purchased Social Services program in the Department of Health and Human Services. This appropriation is offset by a deappropriation of $358,865 for hospital settlement payments provided by the MaineCare program in the Department of Health and Human Services. Federal Medicaid matching funds would also be reduced.
