|
Exempting wine
distributors that are not participants in co-mingling agreements from the
laws governing unclaimed deposits of beverage containers would reduce General
Fund revenue by $29,700 annually beginning in fiscal year 2010-11. |
|
This
legislation would also result in a $2,700 reduction in Other Special Revenue
Funds revenue to the Department of Agriculture, Food and Rural Resources
beginning in fiscal year 2010-11 as wine distributors would not be required
to be licensed as initiators of deposit. |
