substantive rule under review would increase the volume fee charged to
supervised lenders (other than supervised financial organizations) making
residential loans from $20 per $100,000 of loans made to $35 per $100,000 to
support existing staff of the Bureau of Consumer Credit Protection in the
Department of Professional and Financial Regulation. |
