Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This amendment adds allocation sections to the bill that were omitted from the printed version of the Committee Amendment and adjusts position counts consistent with the intent of the Committee Amendment.  An additional deallocation of $50,000 is added to the original fundwide deallocation from the Fund for a Healthy Maine that was intended to be included in the Committee Amendment to offset a negative budgeted ending balance in the Fund for a Healthy Maine.
