Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This bill directs that for each biennium, 3.75% of gross Highway Fund revenues, as determined based upon the most recent revenue forecast, be allocated to the Highway and Bridge Light Capital program within the Department of Transportation for maintenance surface treatment.  This requirement will result in a Highway Fund allocation to the Department of Transportation of $5,407,116 in fiscal year 2011-12 and $5,579,564 in fiscal year 2012-13.  These amounts are based upon 3.75% of gross Highway Fund revenues as reported in the December 2009 revenue forecast, less amounts allocated for those two fiscal years to the Highway and Bridge Light Capital program in PL 2009, c. 413.
