The Department of Environmental Protection will require an allocation for an Environmental Specialist IV beginning in fiscal year 2012-13 to oversee a product stewardship function to commence on January 1, 2013. Rulemaking will also be required and a fee schedule will have to be put into place. Fees collected are anticipated to fully cover the costs of the activities going forward. |
