Fiscal Detail and Notes
This bill includes General Fund appropriations of $2,019,360 in fiscal year 2009-10 and $2,081,538 in fiscal year 2010-11 to restore longevity payments to eligible employees in the executive and judicial branches of government.  It also reduces transfers to the General Fund by $165,893 in fiscal year 2009-10 and $224,070 in fiscal year 2010-11, which reflect the costs to the legislative branch and certain other agencies funded with Other Special Revenue Funds.  The bill also includes Highway Fund allocations of  $430,656 in fiscal year 209-10 and $450,450 in fiscal year 2010-11 for Highway Fund costs of restoring these payments.
