Fiscal Detail
and Notes |
This
bill is expected to generate $4,875 (75 new permit-by-rule applications at
$65 each) in fiscal year 2009-10 and again in fiscal year 2010-11 to allow
cobble-trapping fences and $1,625 (25 at $65) in fiscal year 2011-12 and
again in fiscal year 2012-13. No
cobble-trapping fence permits are expected after fiscal year 2012-13. |
An
average of 5 other sand dune related projects per year are anticipated to be
allowed to proceed under this bill through the permit-by-rule process (5 at
$65 = $325) that would have required an individual permit application (5 at
$422 = $2,110) under current law, resulting in a revenue decrease of $1,785
per year beginning in fiscal year 2009-10 ($2,110-$325 = $1,785). |
