| The Licensing and Regulation program within the Department of Professional and Financial Regulation will require Other Special Revenue Funds deallocations of $3,494 in fiscal year 2009-10 and $7,338 in fiscal year 2010-11 due to the savings achieved by decreasing the number of board members from 15 to 8 as a result of combining the Oil and Solid Fuel Board and the Propane and Natural Gas Board to form the Maine Fuel Board. | ||||||
