The Department of
Public Safety will require a one-time Highway Fund allocation of $2,000 in
fiscal year 2009-10 to upgrade all alcohol level testing units. The Secretary of State will require a
one-time Highway Fund allocation of $3,111 in fiscal year 2009-10 to update
motorist handbooks and exam manuals with the new requirements. |
