| Exempting individuals who possess a valid freshwater fishing license issued by the Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife from the saltwater fishing registry will result in a decrease in Other Special Revenue Funds to the Department of Marine Resources. There is currently no data available to estimate the number of individuals to whom this exemption may apply, therefore no estimate of the revenue decrease can be made at this time. | ||||||
