| This bill establishes the Obesity and Chronic Disease Fund within the Department of Education and includes Other Special Revenue Funds base allocations of $500 per year beginning in fiscal year 2009-10 in the event that funds are received to fund new physcial education program expenses and related administrative costs of the Department of Education. | ||||||
| Additional costs to the Department of Education to conduct the required assessment and submit the required report can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources. | ||||||
