	Increasing the 2009 State valuation for Topsham will not impact the total state and local cost of K-12 public education or the State's share of that cost.  However, it could affect the distribution of state subsidy in fiscal year 2010-11. The impact to individual school administrative units can not be determined at this time.
	Similarly, while there will be no change to total Municipal Revenue Sharing paid out, the bill would affect the distribution of it in 2010-11.  The impact to municipalities can not be determined at this time.
