The
Remediation and Waste Management program within the Department of
Environmental Protection will require Other Special Revenue Funds
deallocations of $1,000 as a result of the Oil Spill Advisory Committee being
repealed. |

The Licensing and
Regulation program within the Department of Professional and Financial
Regulation will require Other Special Revenue Funds deallocations of $158,500
in fiscal year 2009-10 and $195,728 in fiscal year 2010-11 as a result of the
Board of Barbering and Cosmetology being repealed. Repeal of the Board will also result in a
decrease in dedicated revenue from licensing fees of $526,500 per year
beginning in fiscal year 2009-10.
These estimates assume an effective date of October 1, 2009. |
