| This bill provides for delegation of fire code permitting authority to municipalities. There will be minor Other Special Revenue Funds savings within the Department of Public Safety associated with this change. In addition, there will be a reduction in Other Special Revenue Funds revenue for the portion of plan review fees remitted to municipalities performing the review. The amount of revenue reduction cannot be determined as it is unknown how many municipalities may be delegated review authority. | ||||||
