This legislation
includes a one-time transfer of $50,000 in fiscal year 2010-11 from the Board
of Pesticides Control, Other Special Revenue Funds account in the Department
of Agriculture, Food and Rural Resources to the University of Maine
Cooperative Extension program. The
$50,000 is a grant to be used for educating homeowners in integrated pest
management. |

The bill also
includes a one-time Other Special Revenue Funds allocation of $50,000 in
fiscal year 2010-11 to the UM Cooperative Extension - Pesticide Education
program within the University of Maine for educating homeowners in integrated
pest management. |
