	The Governor's proposed budget for the 2010-2011 biennium, LD 353, includes a Federal Expenditures Fund allocation of $40,913 in fiscal year 2009-10 and $43,110 in fiscal year 2010-11 for the part-time Assistant Attorney General position that was created for the Public Access Ombudsman program.
