This amendment
states that an electronic version of the mental illness and involuntary
commitment process training does not need to be provided. As a result, the General Fund appropriation
and Highway Fund allocation have been eliminated. Any additional costs to the Department of
Public Safety associated with the training can be absorbed within existing
budgeted resources. |
