| This amendment allows a working group to be convened with representatives of Old Orchard Beach and Saco and intends that the State Planning Office (SPO) be invited as well as other agencies. Costs to the SPO, as well as to the Departments of Conservation and Marine Resources, can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources. | ||||||
