|
|
The Department of
Public Safety will require an Other Special Revenue Funds allocation of
$47,631 in fiscal year 2009-10 and $36,988 in fiscal year 2010-11 to create
and maintain a database tracking firefighter training and for one half-time
Office Associate I position and related administrative costs to track ongoing
compliance with the training requirement. |
|
Additional costs
to the Bureau of Labor Standards within the Department of Labor to ensure
compliance with the required training of firefighters dealing with people
with mental illness can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources. Additional revenue from fines can not be
determined at this time but is not expected to be significant. |
