|
The additional
costs to the Public Utilities Commission (PUC) related to establishing a
community-based, renewable energy pilot program to encourage sustainable
development of community-based energy in the State can be absorbed within
existing budgeted resources. Additionally, the PUC is to arrange for a green
power offer that is composed of electricity or renewable energy credits for
electricity generated by renewable resources.
