The bill includes
a one-time General Fund appropriation of $150,000 in fiscal year 2009-10 to
the Maine Community College System for the costs associated with the
requirement that classes not commence until after Labor Day. This estimate includes such costs to the
System as re-printing of catalogues, brochures and fliers and staff time to
amend schedules, reschedule faculty and class space and other administrative
expenses. |
