Provides an
appropriation of $1,161 in 2009-10 to the Office of MaineCare Services in the
Department of Health and Human Services for the costs of implementing
mandatory MaineCare co-payments for physician and pharmacy services. Also includes a deappropriation of $128,805
in 2010-11 to reflect the direct impact of the increase in co-payment
collections on MaineCare costs. The
fiscal impact of the increased mandatory co-payments on the utilization of
MaineCare services is not reflected and cannot be determined at this time. |
