Correctional and Judicial Impact Statements
	Reduces the Class E crime of hunting on Sunday and establishes the Class E crime of hunting on Sunday without a permit. A reduction in fines will decrease General Fund revenue by minor amounts.
Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This bill allows Sunday hunting in certain circumstances and is expected to increase General Fund revenue by $50,000 beginning in fiscal year 2009-10.  Additional costs to the Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife associated with enforcement can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources.
