Providing that
payments to Maine Clean Election Act candidates must be 20% less than the
amounts distributed during the 2008 election cycle will result in an Other
Special Revenue Funds deallocation to the Commission on Governmental Ethics
and Election Practices of $944,273 in fiscal year 2009-10 and $76,383 in
fiscal year 2010-11. |
