The bill includes
an Other Special Revenue Funds deallocation to the Commission on Governmental
Ethics and Election Practices of $3,600,000 in fiscal year 2009-10 and
$1,800,000 in fiscal year 2010-11 as a result of eliminating Maine Clean
Election Act funding for gubernatorial candidates. The bill would also result in a reduction
in Other Special Revenue Funds revenue of $81,250 in fiscal year 2009-10 from
reduced qualifying contributions. |
